Pieter brings over 25 years of extensive construction expertise to every inspection, with the last 17 years spent building a trusted reputation within the Albury community. A trade-qualified Carpenter & Joiner holding a Certificate IV in Residential Building and Construction, Pieter has managed a vast range of projects, including complex heritage restorations, large-scale residential extensions, and over 350 successful patio and deck builds.

His deep technical background is complemented by specialized training in Timber Pest Management (Units 8 & 10). This unique combination of "on the tools" experience and advanced site assessment skills allows Pieter to identify structural and pest issues that others might miss, giving you total confidence in your property investment.
